We’ve had a really great time over the past few weeks, playing a few really nice gigs in the south of England (including the very first Efpi Festival) before heading over to Rotterdam to be part of an incredible line-up at the legendary North Sea Jazz Festival. Thanks to everyone who made it to one (or more) of the gigs, and as always to the promoters and amazing venue and festival staff who make it all happen… Check out videos below from Love Supreme and North Sea, and loads more photos in our website gallery and on our facebook page.
Huge thanks also to Arts Council England for supporting the UK gigs – large ensembles are financially very difficult to sustain, and funding from organisations such as ACE and the PRS for Music Foundation are vital to us.
One more gig left for our summer: we’re delighted to be returning to Canary Wharf Jazz Festival in London, where we’ll headline proceedings on Sunday 21st August. Last time we were there in 2012 it was the hottest day of the year, fingers crossed it happens again! See you there…
